How to care for my handmade pottery?Each piece is handmade with care and meant to be used and enjoyed. For best results: - Hand washing is recommended to preserve surface detail and longevity. - Microwave and dishwasher safe, though gentler handling is always encouraged. - For hot drinks, let water cool slightly after boiling before pouring. Do you offer international shipping?Currently, we only ship within the US. However, we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Stay tuned for updates as we hope to offer this service in the future!

My item was damaged in shippingIf you receive pottery that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items and the packaging materials. We can then work out a refund or exchange.

RefundsIf you receive pottery that you are not 100% happy with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will send you instructions on how to ship the items back to us safely. We will then issue you a full refund once we receive the pieces in “like new” condition.
