FAQs

  • Is your pottery dishwasher/microwave safe?
    All of our ceramic products are microwave safe. For optimal longevity, we recommend handwashing, though they are also dishwasher safe if you prefer that option.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    Custom orders are currently on hold for the season. Feel free to check back soon—we’d love to help with your custom request later on. Thanks for your patience!
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within the US. However, we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Stay tuned for updates as we hope to offer this service in the future!
  • My item was damaged in shipping
    If you receive pottery that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damaged items and the packaging materials. We can then work out a refund/exchange. After 24 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration.
  • Refunds
    If you receive pottery that you are not 100% happy with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will send you instructions on how to ship the items back to us safely. We will then issue you a full refund once we receive the pieces in “like new” condition. We are unable to process any refunds or exchanges after 30 days of receiving or purchasing a piece.
